The look and feel of your website defines your organization in the eyes of your audience and that is just the beginning, once you are able to grab someone or better yet a group of people to your site. During those initial visit seconds your site turns into the window that will captivate, inform, facilitate and provide what your audience is looking for at the same time that it will allow you to deliver what you have to offer, be it a service, promotion, an item or information. Just imagine you were already far in the courting phase and you got your first date locked in. So you mentally recite the big “hello” and practice how to put a big smile on your face, great! You get in your car, drive, unaware that you forgot to clean your car…. Anyway you make it to her house and you decide to bravely ignore the fact that your car stinks. You get car door open for your most adorable date and then, she looks at the interior of the car, even dares to seat around, smell it and even faster that she got in she runs out and shuts the door right on your face.

Nowadays it’s incredibly surprising how big and small online companies spend so much effort to attract a prospect (audience who is interested in your website content) to their page to simple turned them down by poor flow of transitional information that leads to an even bigger problem, which is the failure of a desired action by the audience.
